General Manager - 

Member Services Officer – Siobhan Donaldson

Siobhan is the friendly voice of ABSA at the end of the phone. Based in our Sydney office, Siobhan looks after the day-to-day membership and accreditation tasks required by our members and is always available to answer your queries.

Siobhan comes to ABSA with extensive experience in customer service. She has previously worked in the not-for-profit sector, customer support, training and continuing professional development (CPD) coordination, and finance.

Quality Assurance Coordinator – Mary Rentsch

Mary joined the ABSA team mid-2016. She coordinates the quality assurance, benchmarking assessments and mentoring, looks after Tech Support enquiries, collates statistics for the Board, and reports to NatHERS along with assisting in day-to-day membership tasks.

Mary has worked in the area of compliance since 1998 across a number of Industries, including Banking, Real Estate and Aged Care.

As a past Corporate Services Manager in the Health Care Industry (answerable to both State and Federal Governments), Mary brings to ABSA high organisational skills and extensive experience in networking.

Administration and Continuing Professional Development - Vicki Marshall

Vicki joined the ABSA team in April 2019. Vicki has in excess of twenty-five years experience in business administration, operations management, financial management and customer/member services in small business, Government, Not-for-Profit Member Associations and Social Enterprise sectors.

With a passion for all things "sustainability" and benchmark customer service, she is looking forward to working with the ABSA team and members in what ever way she can that brings value to the organisation.

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Business (Administration, Marketing, HRM) from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Equine Management) from RMIT/VCAH Glenormiston, and is a member of Golden Key Honours Society.
