With building energy modelling softwar being first developed in 1953, continuous research and development resulted in the development of the Chenath Engine during the 1990s and 2000s. Since the mid 2000s, Dong Chen and Zhengen Ren continue the work of improving the modelling and the range of building features that can be modelled using Chenath Engine that our ABSA NatHERS Accredited Assessors work with daily.
