ABSA Accredited Assessors and members receive a range of support services:
Phone and email support
ABSA assessors can phone 1300 760 012 any time during business hours (EST), Monday
to Friday, to receive support and advice on any issues. Support is also available
by emailing admin@absa.net.au.
Training and professional development
ABSA hosts regular seminars and workshops on changes to Regulation and rating issues
critical to Assessor practice. Our training events are developed and presented by
leading industry experts. They're designed to provide our assessors and other building
professionals with detailed, practical skills and knowledge.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
To make it easy for Assessors to secure the right cover at a low price, ABSA has negotiated
a very competitive professional indemnity insurance program. Click

Online services
Assessors have exclusive access to their own section of the ABSA website where they
can share knowledge through forums, pay fees and sign up for professional indemnity
insurance online, and manage all of their contact details. Accredited Assessors can
access these pages through the Assessor 'Log
In' page.
Mentoring program
ABSA operates an Advisory Group experienced assessors who are available to assist
new assessors, to ensure they're providing high quality professional service.
